"The building has been here a long time. A staircase to nowhere, remnants of the tenemental past, is made into a feature above a rack of spirits behind the bar.

Old walls are now uncovered and adorned sparingly with impressive local art.

Boiled Gammon and buttered cabbage, grilled chicken and roast potatoes, bar snacks of salt beef fritters and goats cheese croquettes, beer battered haddock and weekend brunch options.

They've recently opened a backyard garden area. A bar with no name, that's reimagining its place in the city."
