When we started renovating the old Bairds Bar, we felt and respected the spirit and the soul of the place. There was nothing like it, it was totally unique.

 

Remnants of the building's past remain and during renovation we worked around the beautiful original features to preserve as much as possible.

 

It's all about preserving the past and celebrating the future.
