We have a number of safety precautions in place to keep you and our staff safe - part of these precautions are our booking conditions - we ask you to read the following before you book and help us all to be able to come together once again.
Reservations & Deposits:
Please book online, if you wish to dine inside but join us for a drink outside either before or after your inside booking please drop us a note in the booking notes and we will do all we can to accommodate.
All tables are permitted to stay for 2 hours, a host will greet and seat you and let you know how things will work and we’ll accommodate you longer if we can but cannot guarantee. Please note we cannot allow back to back bookings, if we can accommodate you longer on the day we will endeavour to do so.
For walk ups we will be taking a lead booking name and contact details for track and trace purposes..
Please ensure the lead name on the booking is present on arrival to allow us to seat you promptly for full advantage of your booking time.
Where possible please try to arrive with the rest of your group
If you’re running late, we’ll hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes, after that it may be given away to waiting guests. If you arrive 10 minutes late, that time will be lost from your 2 hour booking.
Keeping you Safe:
We have hand sanitiser stations, fully trained teams, contactless payment, socially distanced loos sanitised every regularly and table cleans prior to each seating.
If you feel unwell please stay home. The most important symptoms of COVID-19 are recent onset of any of the following:
· a new continuous cough
· a high temperature
· a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia)
Masks & Social Distancing:
Please wear a mask at all times when moving around the premises - both inside and out - ordering at the bar or going to the toilets.
For outside bookings Please wear what’s appropriate for the weather, we will try to give you as much cover as possible but we can’t guarantee it will be warm or 100% dry.
Track & Trace:
We will use your booking information as information for the Track & Trace system - please ensure your information is up to date and correct. (Lead booker takes responsibility to contact all guests)
We are child & dog friendly, please let us know if you will be joined by children or dogs to help us find you the perfect spot to enjoy.
